Perrine Knous

Perrine Knous, MBA, serves as the Director of Learning Curation at Liberty Mutual Insurance since May 2004, overseeing the development of learning content that aligns with enterprise goals. Prior roles include Learning and Performance Consultant, where strategies were built to enhance employee development, and Director of Training, focusing on leadership development and process improvement. Perrine also has experience as a Transformation/Implementation Manager, Lean Deployment Manager, and Coach/Change Agent, contributing to significant organizational transformations. Additional roles in customer service and administration developed strong analytical and leadership skills. Perrine holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of South Florida.
