Rafael Vazquez has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Technology Operation professional for Liberty Mobile since November 2020. Prior to this role, Rafael spent a significant period at AT&T starting from April 1999 in the C&E Planning & Design department. Earlier in the career, Rafael worked as a Construction Field Inspector at PRTC from August 1992 to March 1999, providing a strong foundation in the field.
