Bhav Malhie

Bhav Malhie has extensive experience in enterprise risk management and talent development, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Liberty since July 2016, with prior roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Previously at Samsung Electronics from September 2015 to July 2016, Bhav designed initiatives like the first "Development Day" and contributed to programs for women's professional growth, while improving onboarding processes and performance review methodologies. Early career experience includes positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Brock University as a Research Assistant, and Walmart, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and data analysis. Bhav holds an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Brock University.
