Jennifer Kelly

Based in Hamilton Bermuda, Jennifer Kelly has been a member of the Libra Group Board of Directors since 2007.

Jennifer qualified as a chartered accountant in 1989 and is a current member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors and is working on obtaining her qualifications for becoming a Chartered Director.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the United States, Jennifer was a Tax Specialist at KPMG Peat Marwick in Norfolk, Virginia before taking an international transfer to KPMG Bermuda in 1991.

In 1994 she joined the Consolidated Group of Companies where she is currently the Chief Operating Officer and President of Consolidated Fund Services, Ltd. She has a wide range of experience as she has served as a director on a number of boards across diverse industries – ranging from shipping groups, investment funds, real estate companies, and international development companies to multi-national corporate holding companies.
