Nikolaos Koutoulas

Nikolaos Koutoulas is a seasoned property management professional with a strong background in real estate consulting and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Lidl Hellas since March 2020, Nikolaos leads projects focused on network expansion, negotiating with property owners, and managing contracts. Previously, Nikolaos worked as a Real Estate Senior Consultant at Deloitte Greece, overseeing real estate assets for the National Bank of Greece and facilitating legal and technical processes. Additional experiences include roles as Real Estate Asset Manager at Arones Real Estate S.A. and Business Analyst at STOCHASIS Management Consultancy SA, along with a freelance civil engineering career.
