Ronald van Gog

Ronald van Gog is an experienced professional in the fields of training, development, and leadership. Currently serving as an Opleidingsadviseur and trainer at Lidl Nederland since February 2024, Ronald is responsible for advising on and executing training initiatives for 77 Lidl branches and two distribution centers in the Oosterhout region. Additionally, Ronald owns and operates vanGog4all, providing HRD consultancy, training, and coaching services since March 2017. Previous roles include Jobcoach and L&D specialist at EW Facility Services, Community Builder at Haveyoumet.online, Trainer and Coach at The Circle of, and Trainee at Marel Poultry. Ronald holds a degree in Opleidingskunde from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Sport and Organization from CIOS.
