Mojca Veselko

Mojca Veselko currently serves as the Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding at Lidl Slovenija, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Mojca worked as an Associate Coach at RiseSmart from December 2019 to October 2023, providing career coaching services for individuals navigating career transitions. As the Founder of MOVE and Co-Founder of Strengths Driven Career from September 2018 to October 2023, Mojca offered customized services in talent acquisition, CliftonStrengths coaching, and leadership development. Previous experience includes serving as a Career Transition Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison from February 2012 to September 2017 and as a Project Manager and Executive Search Consultant at Adecco from February 2006 to September 2017, focusing on tailored recruitment and HR consulting solutions. Mojca holds a B.Sc. degree in Sociology and Human Resources Management from the University of Ljubljana.
