Stephanie Harry

Stephanie Harry, MBA, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, development, and acquisition. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent at Lidl US since November 2015, Stephanie oversees the entire employee lifecycle and previously held roles including Director of Talent Attraction & Acquisition and Senior Board Consultant, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented under the guidance of the CHRO. Prior experience includes leadership positions at UNIQLO, where Stephanie successfully opened a flagship store in Chicago and managed HR and operations, as well as roles at Target, Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets, and Apple, where expertise in recruitment, project management, and employee relations was developed. Stephanie holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Meredith College and a bachelor's degree from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
