Mario Moser

Mario Moser is an experienced professional in operational excellence and process management, currently serving as Head of Operational Excellence at Liebherr Werk Telfs GmbH since 2018. Moser also contributes as an External Lecturer at Fachhochschule für Gesundheit and Management Center Innsbruck, specializing in process management in healthcare and related fields. As a member of the Board of Directors at Gesellschaft für Prozessmanagement Austria since 2014, Moser plays a pivotal role in advancing process management practices.
