Caitlin McCollum

Caitlin McCollum, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Associate Experience at Life Enriching Communities, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Caitlin held the role of Director of People Operations at Interlink Cloud Advisors since August 2021. Caitlin's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Human Resources Director at Greenacres Foundation from December 2017 to June 2022, and Human Resources Manager at Illumination Works, where Caitlin gained expertise in strategic IT consulting. Other roles include HR Generalist at Multi-Color Corporation, HR Operations Analyst/Compensation Program Administrator at Fifth Third Bank, and Balancing and Reconciliation Specialist at Paycor. Caitlin completed an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Phoenix and pursued education at the College of Mount St. Joseph.
