Mike Fridley

Mike Fridley has extensive experience in project management and the building industry. Currently serving as Project Manager and AIT at Life Enriching Communities since August 2017, Mike oversees capital projects for a continuing care retirement community in Cincinnati. Prior to this role, Mike owned Strive Remodel from May 2009 to September 2017, specializing in custom residential remodeling and managing all aspects of projects. Mike previously held positions as Construction Manager at The Ohio Masonic Home and Field Manager at Olde Montgomery Kitchen & Design, gaining valuable skills in managing projects, subcontractors, and vendor relations. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Registered Representative at Fidelity Investments during the economic downturn post-9/11 and serving as Student Ministries Director at Montgomery Community Church. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University, obtained in 1999.
