Barry Jacobson

Barry Jacobson is currently an advisor at Life.io, and has previously held various positions at different companies. Barry was an outside director at Aviva USA from January 2011 to December 2013, and was also the chair of risk and audit committees. From January 2016 to January 2019, they were a consultant at LIMRA International. Barry was also the chairman of the board at Achievement First Hartford from January 2014 to December 2019. Furthermore, they served on the board of directors for ABC House Simsbury from January 2014 to June 2016, where they were also the treasurer. Barry Jacobson has also been a math teacher at Simsbury High School from January 2009 to December 2015. Lastly, they were the president of international life at ACE Group from January 2003 to December 2008, and was also the chairman of the board for ACE Life US and a member of the board for Huatai Life Insurance Company and ACE Life Egypt.

Barry Jacobson has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from University at Albany, SUNY. Barry also has certification from the Society of Actuaries as a Fellow.
