Craig Harding

Craig Harding has extensive experience in the venture capital and legal sectors. Currently, Craig serves as a member of Life Science Angels and Sand Hill Angels, where Craig also holds a position on the Board of Directors. Additionally, Craig has been a member of NuFund Venture Group and Band of Angels. Previously, Craig founded Deal Labs, a firm focused on innovative financial transactions, and served as General Counsel and Secretary for both Tesla Motors and Metreo, Inc., managing all legal affairs and funding rounds. Craig began professional legal practice at Intershop Communications, where Craig oversaw legal matters during a period of significant growth. Craig holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and an AB in Mathematics from Duke University.
