Stepan Natalevich

Stepan Natalevich is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and investments. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Mercaux since March 2022, Stepan also holds investor roles at TULU, Zipline International Inc., and DigiFabster Inc. since their respective founding years. Prior to this, Stepan was Managing Director at VTB Capital from September 2009 to March 2022, focusing on private equity. Stepan began a legal career as an Associate at Freshfields, where responsibilities included advising on cross-border M&A deals and joint ventures from March 2001 to August 2008. Stepan's academic credentials include a degree from Moscow State University.
