Adonis Garefalakis

Adonis Garefalakis is an experienced leader in people operations and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People and Performance at Lifebit since May 2024. Prior roles include Director of People and Culture at The Signal Group, and Director of Global Employee Engagement at Blueground, where the focus was on creating welcoming living experiences through beautifully furnished apartments. Previous experience encompasses leadership positions at Apollo.io as Director of People & Culture, Dynamic Signal as Director of Human Resources, and ezhome as Director of People Operations. Adonis co-founded and served as CEO of Hopinside, Inc., which provided ridesharing services for Bay Area employees. Early career experience includes roles as a consultant at DKS Associates and Dowling Associates, as well as research work at the University of California, Berkeley. Adonis holds an MSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Transportation from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
