Aran Nugent

Aran Nugent is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at LifeNet Health since June 2023, Aran previously held the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Will Reed from November 2021 to April 2023, where assistance was provided to early-stage founders in building out their go-to-market strategies and people executives. Aran also served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Regent University from September 2016 to October 2021 and was Head of Search at Ivy League Talent between January 2013 and May 2015, focusing on talent acquisition and consultancy. Earlier in the career, Aran worked as Sales Director at Electric Media (Irish Times Group) from July 2008 to December 2012, contributing to the growth of the company into the largest digital media sales house in Ireland. Aran holds an MBA from Marymount University and a B.Sc. in Psychology from American College Dublin.
