Melanie Christmas Burrier

Melanie Christmas Burrier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both nonprofit leadership and education. Since February 2012, Melanie has served as the Director of the Lifeplus Foundation, where responsibilities include developing long-range strategies, leading initiatives, overseeing fundraising efforts, and fostering community partnerships. Prior to this role, Melanie was the Director of Dance at Winters Mill High School from September 2002 to February 2012, focusing on classical technique, movement analysis, curriculum writing, and fundraising. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Towson University.
