Michael P. Mills

Michael Mills is an Associate for LifeSci’s Non-Deal Roadshow (NDR) Business. Prior to joining LifeSci in 2021, Michael worked at Maxim Group where he developed extensive sell side experience with both retail and institutional investors predominantly in the healthcare sector. In addition to business development and client management, he had the opportunity to work closely with Maxim’s Compliance department to ensure all capital markets activities aligned with SEC and FINRA regulations.
