Thom Short

Thom Short is an experienced professional in competency management and training development, currently serving as the Competency and Training Development Coordinator at Lifting Solutions Inc. since December 2020, following a role as Competency and Training Advisor from May 2017 to March 2020. Thom has successfully developed and implemented competency management systems for field operations, ensuring that employees receive proper training and assessment.
