Kailey Hecht

Kailey Hecht is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at LightBay Capital since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kailey worked at Morphosis from November 2022 to June 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. Kailey's earlier experience includes working at The UC Theatre from April 2016 to December 2022 as Floor Staff, where leadership and training were provided to new team members, and support was offered to colleagues to ensure a positive customer environment. Additionally, Kailey completed a Development Summer Internship at The Urban School of San Francisco in June 2019, where fundraising efforts for The Mark Salkind Scholarship Fund were supported through correspondence with alumni and data management. Kailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Occidental College, with study experience in the Netherlands through CIEE's Social Sciences and Humanities program.
