Malikah Mitha

Malikah Mitha is an experienced finance professional and organizational leader with a diverse background in executive management and board governance. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Lightforce since March 2023, Malikah has also held significant positions including Board Director at Native Recruit and Trustee at the Auckland Cricket Development Fund. Prior roles include Member Risk and Audit at Bowls New Zealand, CFO at Open Country Dairy Ltd, and various leadership roles within the Open Country Dairy and Honeywell Aerospace organizations. Malikah's educational qualifications include a degree in Accounting from The University of New Mexico and completion of the Board Directors course at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
