Karen Benoit

Karen Benoit has over two decades of experience in information systems and technology management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Information Systems at Northeast Credit Union since August 2002, Karen oversees a six-member team that supports essential software operations, including 24/7 support for ATMs, credit cards, and home banking across nine branch locations. Previously, Karen held various managerial positions, including Development Manager at Tesseract Technology, where responsibilities included leading the design of a web-based front end for human resources and payroll software, and Engagement Manager at CG Consulting, where a successful outsourcing contract was secured for ongoing support at Charles Schwab. Additional experience includes roles at USL and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, focusing on system development and strategic technology planning. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maine.
