Pankaj Dhingra

Pankaj Dhingra is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Lighthouse since February 2022, Pankaj has also founded iConvergence Solutions LLC, where contributions have been ongoing since February 2006. Previously, Pankaj held key leadership roles at prominent companies, including Vice President of Software Engineering at Salesforce, Senior Director of Engineering at Tableau, and Vice President of Engineering at LUMEDX. Additional experience includes Director of Engineering at GE Healthcare, Lead Principal Technical Architect at AT&T, and Chief Technology Officer at mFunds LLC. Pankaj began a career at Microsoft as a Development Lead, building a strong foundation in technology management and innovation. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Punjabi University.
