Joshua Zelman is a skilled DFT Architect with extensive experience in digital test engineering and design for test (DFT) processes, currently employed at Lightmatter since November 2019. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at Analog Devices from August 2016 to November 2019, focusing on enhancing high-speed converter functionality through pre-silicon DFT tasks and manufacturing test program management. Joshua's career includes significant tenures at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities spanned various roles including ATPG Lead for the Intel Xeon Phi derivative, orchestrating team efforts, and pioneering at-speed ATPG techniques for microprocessors. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Boston University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
