Joseph Cataan

Joseph Cataan serves as the Head of Production at Lightning Sharks since September 2019, focusing on creating impactful events and campaigns to enhance brand trust and business growth. Prior to this role, Cataan was a faculty member at Enderun Colleges from 2017 to 2021, instructing in Media Information and Literacy, Qualitative Research, and AP Capstone. Cataan also held significant positions at CNN Philippines from January 2015 to December 2019, including Executive Producer & Head of Branded Content & Special Projects, and Executive Producer of Primetime News, where responsibilities encompassed daily breaking news and editorial operations. Earlier experience includes producing and writing current affairs programs at Nine Media & Solar News from 2011 to 2014. Joseph Cataan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines Diliman and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Media Studies at the same institution, along with a specialized course from Saxion University of Applied Sciences on Bitcoin.
