Giovanni Mascari

Giovanni Mascari currently serves as the Country Head and Head of Business Development for Italy at Lightsource bp since September 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Valuation at Quercus Investment Partners Limited from January 2017 to August 2019, and advisory roles at several firms, including Foresight Group, OST Energy, and Antin Solar Investments, focusing on project financing and energy efficiency in the Italian market. Giovanni held the position of Vice President at Cambridge Place Investment Management LLP from May 2007 to June 2012, specializing in structured finance and distressed assets, and began a career at Standard & Poor's as an Associate, managing structured finance transactions across Southern Europe. Giovanni holds a degree in Economy of Financial Institutions and Markets from Luigi Bocconi University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
