Mike Carpenter

Mike Carpenter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales leadership and venture advisory roles. As the Founder and Executive Chairman of XFactor.io since January 2022, Carpenter also serves as a Venture Advisor at Lightspeed Venture Partners. Previously, Carpenter held key positions including Board Member at Armis and President of Global Sales & Field Operations at both CrowdStrike and Tanium. Carpenter began a significant career at Intel Security, advancing from SVP Public Sector to SVP North America, ultimately becoming President of Americas Sales. Mike Carpenter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned between 1993 and 1997.
