Myia Silkaitis

Myia Silkaitis currently serves as VP of Investment Operations at Lightspeed since December 2024. Prior to this, Myia held various leadership positions at Okta from June 2015 to December 2024, including VP roles as Chief of Staff to the President of Customer Experience and Communications, as well as Chief of Staff for Customer First, among others. Myia's experience also includes a senior consulting operations role at Appirio, where responsibilities encompassed project delivery and financial monitoring. Additional career highlights include advisory services at Ernst & Young with a focus on resource planning in the Power & Utility sector, resource management at Accenture, and project management oversight within the energy sector. Myia began the professional journey at Hewitt Associates as a Senior Quality Assurance/Business Analyst. Myia holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
