Christian Fleming

Christian Fleming is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Vice President at Lightyear Capital since July 2018. In addition to this role, Christian holds positions as a Board Observer at several companies including Wren Sterling, Allworth Financial, ProfitSolv, PracticeTek, and Wealth Enhancement Group. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2015 to June 2018 and mentoring students in the Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship at Babson College. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College and completed a General Course Program in Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
