Damien Venet

Damien Venet has extensive experience in process development and methods engineering, currently serving as Leader Développement Process at LIGIER GROUP since July 2019, focusing on project follow-up for industrialization. Prior roles include Technicien méthodes at Cavok, where Damien led the launch of a manufacturing range, and at Louis Vuitton, contributing to the implementation of 3D printing and the industrialization of product personalization. Experience also includes positions at Flexitech, where Damien initiated continuous improvement processes, and at Groupe Rossignol with workshop reorganization and production line optimization.
