Marty Oliphant

Marty Oliphant currently serves as the Executive Director of the Lydia House at Liliʻuokalani Trust and has held various leadership roles within the organization since December 2016, including Director of Community Resources, Development, and Impact, as well as Director of Program Integration. Since January 2001, Marty has led Oliphant Consulting, specializing in human services consultation for government, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. Previous positions include Director of Programs at HUGS, Executive Director at the National Association of Social Workers - Hawaii Chapter, and Oahu Director at the Children's Justice Center of Oahu. Marty has a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, both from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
