Shanna Burgess

Shanna Burgess, CPM, is an experienced property manager with a diverse background in real estate management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Lillibridge Healthcare Services since September 2017, Shanna manages medical office buildings in Charlotte and Huntersville, NC. Previous roles include Property Manager at Realogy Holdings Corp., where Shanna managed a portfolio of 233 single-family homes, and operations management at Kimco Realty Corporation for 18 retail shopping centers. Shanna has also represented owners in managing rental homes, assisted with tenant coordination and construction project management, and played a key role in various real estate transactions. Shanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
