Karsten R. Williams

Karsten R. Williams, MBA, CTP, serves as the Global Head of Treasury at Lime since May 2024, overseeing Treasury, Risk Analytics, Insurance, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Treasurer at Patterson Companies, Inc., where responsibilities spanned treasury operations, equipment financing, credit, and corporate controllership. Karsten has also held positions at Syngenta, G&K Services, Select Comfort, Regis Corporation, and US Bank, focusing on financial leadership, capital markets, and treasury management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business Management and Accounting from Saint John's University.
