Damon Henwood

Damon Henwood is an experienced Project Manager with a career spanning over three decades in the construction industry. Currently serving at Lincoln Construction since 2017, Damon previously held similar positions at Simonson Construction Services and Astro Pool Company, where expertise in sales, customer account management, and project estimation was cultivated. Early career roles included work as a grade checker and construction laborer, as well as independent contracting, which provided a strong foundation in both public infrastructure and home improvement projects. Damon holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction Management from Columbus State.
