Christen White is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and benefits industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Claims & Operations at Lincoln Financial Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Christen held multiple senior leadership positions at MetLife, including Senior Vice President in Operations, Global Employee Benefits, and Group Dental & Vision Product. Responsibilities have spanned overseeing claims delivery, strategic market enhancements, client services operations, and overall product management for a portfolio exceeding $4 billion. Christen began the professional journey with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh, having also attended Brigham Young University.
