Jessie Grogan is an accomplished policy expert with extensive experience in land policy and regional planning. Currently serving as the Director of Equity and Opportunity at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy since July 2016, Jessie has held various positions including Associate Director of Reduced Poverty and Spatial Inequality and Senior Policy Analyst, focusing on partnerships that revitalize legacy cities and improve decision support tools in planning. Prior experience includes a Policy Analyst role at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council from September 2007 to April 2016, where Jessie managed significant reports and regional grants, authored key equity agendas, and developed equity action plans. Earlier, Jessie worked as a Program Associate at the Massachusetts Smart Growth Alliance from 2005 to 2007, contributing to advocacy efforts and organizational support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bard College at Simon's Rock.
