Kirby Befort

Kirby Befort, SHRM-CP, is an experienced recruiter currently employed at Lincoln International since March 2021, where responsibilities have included roles as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting Specialist, and Recruiting Intern. Previously, Kirby founded and served as Media Manager at Gravity Media Management from September 2020 to March 2021. Additionally, Kirby gained invaluable skills as a Marketing and Event Planning Intern at Children's World Impact and as a Marketing and Human Resources Intern at FORM Wealth Advisors during the summer of 2020. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Kirby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing, along with a Certificate in Leadership Studies, earned between 2017 and 2021.
