Leah Cowley

Leah Cowley is an accomplished real estate professional and managing broker at lpt realty since October 2024, with a robust career spanning various roles in both real estate and healthcare finance. Previously, Leah served as Manager of Patient Financial Services at Enloe Medical Center and as the Owner/Broker of Deco Homes, a full-service boutique real estate brokerage founded out of a passion for real estate. Leah held key leadership positions at Opendoor, where foundational brokerage operations were established, and at Side, overseeing a large brokerage operations team. Earlier experience includes managing office operations at Rock View Realty and revenue management roles at Tenet Healthcare, showcasing a blend of operational and strategic expertise in diverse environments. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business in International Business from Golden Gate University and has pursued further education at the University of Notre Dame.
