Erika Blackwell

Erika Blackwell has extensive experience in educational operations and client relations, currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes since July 2008. Blackwell has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Sales Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of Lindamood-Bell for Schools, focusing on implementing literacy remediation programs in partnership with school districts across the United States. Prior to these roles, Blackwell was the Associate Director of Operations, overseeing sales operations, budgets, and event planning for numerous workshops attended by thousands of educators. Blackwell began their career as a Clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, delivering research-based instruction to students. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Humboldt State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Cuesta College.
