Michelle Messer

Michelle Messer is a seasoned tax professional, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Tax at Lindsay Goldberg since November 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director and Global Head of Business Tax Advisory at Citi, where leadership covered a global team focused on US and international tax matters. Michelle's career also encompasses positions as Americas Regional Tax Director at Citi, and as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, specializing in tax issues related to securities, mergers, and acquisitions.
