Jon Close

Jon Close has over two decades of experience in the architectural aluminum finishing industry, currently serving as President and previously holding the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Linetec since 2003. Under Jon Close's leadership, Linetec has established itself as a provider of sustainable finishing options, including high-performance coatings, in collaboration with leading manufacturers such as PPG, Valspar, Sherwin Williams, and Akzo Nobel. Prior to Linetec, Jon Close worked at International Hardcoat Inc. from 1998 to 2003, where roles included Director of Sales and Marketing and Commercial Sales Manager. Jon Close holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Upper Iowa University, completed executive education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and further professional development through the Center for Creative Leadership.
