Stefan Wolowec

Stefan Wolowec is an experienced construction and operations professional with a strong background in facilities management and property assessment. Currently serving as Associate Construction Manager at Link Logistics Real Estate since August 2022, Stefan previously held the position of Facility Operations Manager at Robinson Park, overseeing maintenance for over 1,000,000 square feet. Stefan's career also includes roles as an Appraiser at Spartan Claims LLC, where property damage assessments were conducted, and as an Operations Manager at AdvantaClean, managing various projects related to mold remediation and emergency water removal. Earlier experiences include internship work in field engineering and consulting roles in the insurance sector. Stefan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
