Kamil Bogusz has extensive experience in network operations and customer service management. Currently serving as a Network Operations Center Specialist at LINK Mobility since October 2022, Kamil is responsible for monitoring SMS, RCS, and Voice platforms, along with server management on both Linux and Windows systems. Previously, Kamil held various roles at Netia from April 2015 to September 2022, including Senior Coordinator of Customer Service and Effectiveness, where Kamil conducted reports and analyses based on business data and KPIs to provide feedback and recommendations to call center managers and directors, as well as positions in customer technical support and leadership.
