Phil Costello

Phil Costello is an experienced professional in the food ingredient trading and humanitarian development sectors. Currently serving as an Ingredient Trader at LinkOne Ingredient Solutions since June 2019, Phil specializes in buying, selling, and producing ingredients for the food and pet food industries. Previous experience includes roles as an Ingredient Trader at 3D Corporate Solutions and Regional Account Executive at Vantiv, where responsibilities included establishing sustainable business relationships and strategic partnerships. Phil also held the position of Director at Global Hope Network International in Indonesia, where responsibilities encompassed program development, management, and fundraising across multiple humanitarian projects in Southeast Asia. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA, both from the University of Phoenix, along with additional education from the University of South Florida.
