Kumar Atarthi

Kumar Atarthi is a seasoned leader in space systems engineering and program management with extensive experience in military applications. Currently serving as the MSEIT Sustainment IPT Deputy Lead at LinQuest, Kumar oversees a team of over 60 engineers and managers, delivering critical technical support to the US Space Force. Previous roles include Transition Director and SEIT IPT Deputy Director at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, where Kumar managed large teams and complex programs such as GPS-OCX. Kumar's military background includes senior leadership positions in the US Navy, such as Director of the Office of Naval Space Readiness and Operations Officer aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford. Kumar holds a Master’s degree in Military Operational Art & Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
