Maxwell Kaufman currently serves as the VP of Production at Entertainment One, where responsibilities include overseeing the New York office, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and cultivating relationships within the creative community. Previous roles include VP of Production at Blackfin, Inc., where Maxwell contributed to the company’s growth in unscripted television, as well as positions as Line Producer and Production Manager across various companies, including Hud:sun Media and Viacom. A solid foundation in production management, financial operations, and team leadership is evident throughout Maxwell's career, alongside a commitment to innovative programming and strategic growth. Maxwell holds a degree from the University at Albany, SUNY.
