Laurel Suchecki

Laurel Suchecki is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager at Lippert Components since January 2019 and previously served as a Continuous Improvement Facilitator/Trainer at CONNSTEP from August 2012 to December 2018. Laurel has held various leadership roles in lean transformation across multiple organizations, including Parker Hannifin, Coherent, ThyssenKrupp Materials NA, Proton Energy Systems, and RR Donnelley & Sons Company. Expertise includes facilitating kaizen events, mentoring management teams, and implementing lean training programs. Laurel's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Haven and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering from Greater New Haven State Tech. College.
