Michelle Bouton

Michelle Bouton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Counsel at Lippes Mathias LLP since December 2022, Michelle previously held similar positions at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP from September 2018 to December 2022, and at Synacor from November 2012 to September 2018. Michelle holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, earned from 1988 to 1992.
