Paul Wells

Paul Wells is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Since 2006, Paul has served as a Partner at Lippes Mathias LLP. Prior to this role, Paul was the General Counsel at Benderson Development Company from 1995 to 2006 and an Associate at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander Ferdon LLP between 1993 and 1995, focusing on corporate matters.
