Ingridlavon Woolfolk

IngridLaVon Woolfolk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial strategy, community service, and leadership. Currently serving as a Commissioner with the Lisle-Woodridge Fire District since May 2023, Ingrid actively supports the development and hiring of fire and medic professionals. As the Employee Experience & ESG Leader at WTW since August 2021, Ingrid previously held roles such as Director of Client Services & Financial Strategist at Robert Half, and served as a Financial Executive at Sunni Gyrl, Inc. Ingrid is the founder of both Brown Sons Empowered NFP and Windy City Woman of Color, Inc., focusing on education and empowerment for marginalized communities. Additionally, Ingrid has extensive corporate experience as a Virtual CFO at Total Facility Maintenance and as a Corporate Controller with Xerox, where significant profit management contributions were made. Ingrid holds a Bachelor's degree from Grambling State University and furthered education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
